☑ 30days free service warranty minor issues (hardware & device driver re-installation).
☑ 7 days replacement Major Defect (for laptop unit or desktop computer unit) - closer to its specs will be replace if items are already sold out.
(eg: if found, Totally not turning on, Auto shutdown itself while in used 3-5 times in a day, totally not usable items)
☑ 7 days replacement for charger if found defect.
☑ Consumable items like battery (7days replaceable for battery only, if found not reaching 10-15 minutes, 7days upon order)
☑ 7 days replacement for Accessories or peripheral parts if found defect ( external device parts will be replace if this is built in)
☑ device freebies like mouse & other peripheral items freebies, is none replaceable since it has no cost,
this is given only for free not included in the actual items you buy. ( test upon receive/released )

For Physical apearance: Minor scratches or dents that is tolerable or acceptable tungod ky 2nd hand naman ang item like sa : (upper cover and inner view in keyboard case & screen) - this is none replaceable, Strictly NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE, None Refundable.
Major scracthes major dents, big cracks, after release - unya wala namo nabantayi sa pagrelease or sa pag deliver sa amu-ang regular rider only, this can be replaceable, change unit but not refundable unless wala me ika ilis, kana mo refund me.

📌Laptop Power Source:
1. Main Power source: Charger plug to 220V outlet - for long hour, continuous & stable usage.
2. Battery for back-up purpose, saving files, consumable item might be drain/low bat.
Battery life hour for used item laptop covers average 1-2hrs more or less but not less than 15 or 10 minutes this is none replaceable, you can still save your file upon power outage in that span of time. You can always use 220V charging 8-12hrs more or less for long hour usage.

👉ADVISABLE TIPS TO FOLLOW - Laptop USAGE:
1. Be careful for liquid/water drops & laptop dropped/fall. cause serious damage.
2. Used Screen cleaner while cleaning your laptop screen.
don't used wipes or cloth with water to clean dust
3. Always check your laptop or used it everyday to avoid battery drain that cause to damage your battery or laptop
charge every day, between 30-99 percent. avoid 0 bat or draining. detached once reached 90-99 percent.
don't leave it in your house 2-3days & more this will also cause battery draining even not in used.
Over charge may lessen battery lifespan.. 0 bat cause drain/damage battery/laptop.
4. Don't put your laptop in your Kama or pillow or smooth surface it will cause over heat.
cooling ventilation cannot clear out.
always put it in a table or hard surface area.
5. AVOID VOLTAGE SURGE & LOW VOLTAGE that cause to damage your laptop.
Dapat isak sak una sa outlet ang plug sa charger before i sak sak sa laptop to avoid
Voltage surge. If mag brown-out ibta ang charger sa outlet ug sa laptop ky ineg kalit ug balik sa kurente possible sab ang kusog nga
flow sa kurente ana. & don't plug your charger while low voltage ang kurente.
6. Dapat i charge ang laptop kung mag windows update ug dili pag-ngon ha, ipatiwas ug hulata ragyud mahuman ang update
ky maka cause na ug bios/system failure if dili matiwas. ok? =)
7. Observe proper shutdown sa laptop kung dili na gamiton. Hulata ang power button lights nga mapawng before i close ang cover sa laptop.
kung dili ma proper shutdown ang laptop maka cause kini ug corrupt sa windows.
